In Demand Tickets is an independent ticket broker engaged in the business of buying and selling first rate tickets at market prices. We are not Ticketmaster, nor are we affiliated with any artist, venue, team, or box office.

In Demand Tickets does not sell tickets at face value. Our ticket prices are often significantly higher than face value and reflect our cost of obtaining quality seating. Tickets are sold at market prices which vary significantly depending on the seat location and demand for the event. All prices are in US dollars.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets (minus the original shipping charge) - provided the tickets are returned to our office within 30 days of the original event date. AVAILABILITY

Theatre Tickets

We attempt to maintain our inventory in real time but this is not always possible. In rare circumstances, the tickets you order from this web site may no longer be available. If this happens, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to discuss alternate seating choices.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

Theatre Tickets

When you find Theatre tickets that you would like to purchase, they can be purchased online via our encrypted safe and secure server. Or if you prefer, you may order by phone. For faster service, please order online.

Your order for Theatre tickets will be fulfilled within 6-24 hours unless it was placed after hours or during an office closure or holiday. If this is the case, your order will be filled on the next business day. All tickets will be sent via Federal Express. Occasionally, the tickets you order may not be in hand yet. If this is the case, we will ship the tickets out to you the same day that we receive them.

The shipping address must be the same as your billing address at which you receive your credit card statement. If your Theatre tickets need to be sent to an address other than the billing address we will need to obtain a fax written authorization from you. If you would like to do this, you should contact one of our representatives. This is for your own protection, as we are doing everything we can to combat online credit card fraud.

COMPETITIVE PRICING
While price shopping our competitors online, please keep in mind that it has become common practice for many online brokers to tack on a substantial "service charge" on top of their posted ticket prices. Many times this service charge will not show up until you are at their final checkout page. They don't want you to notice it! We feel this practice is very unethical. Therefore, the price per ticket you see on our web site is the final price you pay. Our only additional charge is for FedEx shipping. No additional service charges. No convenience fees.
