American Airlines Center was designed to give Dallas a beautiful, fan friendly venue with lots of hi-tech touches. From its sweeping signature arches to the retractable seating, American Airlines Center's unique features single it out as the premier sports and entertainment venue in the country.
The exterior of American Airlines Center is made of brick, limestone and granite and the signature arches provide an open arm welcome to Dallas' citizens. The venue has four entrances, one on each side of the building for easy access. The north and south ends of the building feature dramatic outdoor balconies at the Platinum Level with spectacular views of downtown looking over the public plaza and cityscape.
American Airlines Center's seating bowl features a one-of-a-kind retractable seating system. This unique, patented design reduces the conversion time between hockey and basketball floor configurations. The result is great sightlines for basketball and hockey fans on the north and south ends.
Another unique feature of the seating bowl is the roof structure. The 150,000 square foot roof is supported only at its four corners. In order to resist the forces generated by the weight of the roof, columns are tied together at the corners by a series of steel rods embedded in the floor of the upper concourse.
Each of American Airlines Center's concourses are highly finished with terrazzo floors, windows, crown molding and painted walls. Avoiding the typical "racetrack" configuration, the venue has five concourses full of wide, open space. The building's four lobbies are points of references each with its own theme. The American Airlines Lobby looks over the public plaza and has spectacular views of the downtown skyline, the North Lobby looks toward the Design District, the East Lobby looks to the Crescent complex, and the West Lobby view stretches over Stemmons Freeway to the Trinity River.

In Demand Tickets does not sell tickets at face value. Our ticket prices are often significantly higher than face value and reflect our cost of obtaining quality seating. Tickets are sold at market prices which vary significantly depending on the seat location and demand for the event. All prices are in US dollars.

Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets (minus the original shipping charge) - provided the tickets are returned to our office within 30 days of the original event date. In Demand Tickets will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made - or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.

Your order for Dallas Mavericks tickets will be fulfilled within 6-24 hours unless it was placed after hours or during an office closure or holiday. If this is the case, your order will be filled on the next business day. All tickets will be sent via Federal Express. Occasionally, the tickets you order may not be in hand yet. If this is the case, we will ship the tickets out to you the same day that we receive them.
The shipping address must be the same as your billing address at which you receive your credit card statement. If your Dallas Mavericks tickets need to be sent to an address other than the billing address we will need to obtain a fax written authorization from you.
